Oil Painting Portrait Artists

Here are some oil painting's from portrait artists to tie in the link between oil paints and portraits within my project.

Firstly, I have found Malinda Prud'homme who does painting in oil's and produces portraits. Here her website with some examples: Website

I have also found work by Eugene de Blass and she also paints portraits in oil's. This is her website with examples of her: Website

As you can see, her work is different to the artist above, however it still uses the same technical style that I have used within my final piece.

The third artist that I found is Carolyn Johnston who again uses the same technical style as Eugene's and this links in well with my final piece: Website

I have also found another artist that links in with the idea of my hair, similar to Peter Doig, however I found this piece below which uses the same kind of idea, with the white strippy highlights throughout the hair. They also follow the natural flow of the hair and the direction:
