Layering Artists

Above is a really nice website which shows a step-by-step guide on how to create layered/smudged images, which shows you what I am planning on creating. I love the work that is sampled on this website, as it does show what I intend to do, however I would work more into the faces and create more layers.

A disjointed effect may also be nice to create, showing that there are many different layers and hidden things that're shown, beautiful and ugly and happy and sad and by jumpling a range of my facial features together, this could be represented. I have come across this piece:

If you notice, they all have different shapes that jumble the faces up and I could use the words from my life story that I write down and have those jumpling my face up.

I found this image of google and this relates to the work that I did a monoprint on top of. I took my birth certificate and worked ontop of it using monoprint ink:
