Links to Lettering

In terms of the way that I have been writing down my memories on labels and in different forms such as clay, I wanted to make some clear links between this and different forms of art work/lettering.

The lettering and writing that I have been doing links with ransom lettering and also magazine lettering as they are all produced in different sizes and fonts, much like my writing in the clay, as some letters in shown in capitals, yet some are in lowercase and I thought that this would show a much clearer link by linking it to ransom letters. 

I think these different lettering styles below link in well with my project as they link together the writing/lettering side of my project in terms of my different memories and how I have written them in different forms:

All of the letters above are shown in a different font/style and this links well with my tiles as I have produced some of my letters in capitals and some in lowercase, showing a clear link between my choice and real-life examples.
